2016 has gone by so fast and it was a year full of travel, creativity and blessing. I have learned a lot during this year especially in business and I am looking forward to getting better in 2017. I have worked with amazing people, got publications and made contact with exciting clients.
I was fortunate enough to work with some amazing clients and have also gotten publications at the end of the year. I travelled to Sweden to do a shoot at the Ice Hotel for Revista Ideias Magazine (Brazil), to Switzerland to do a shoot with Giovanna Ferriani. It turned out to be my favourite shoot ever and it got published for the cover of Le Fil D’or magazine Belgium. I flew to Bari, Italy to collaborate with the fashion photographer Pierro Fanizzi and was amazed by his photo studio in the middle of an olive field. The last trip I made was to Dubai shooting with Marina in the Al Badayer desert. This series got published in the Alchemist Magazine. I also decided to stop my Graphich Design study and fully focus on photography. It is challenging and exciting at the same time. It’s not easy to be a freelancer but the roller coaster and the highs of this job are what keep you going. I love meeting new people and collaborate with other creatives. I am still learning a lot and I want to get my career to the next level. I fully realise that this could be a slow process, but the art is to use every minute of it to learn and get stronger.
Now it’s time to enter 2017 with a positive drive, full of hope, exciting plans as well as dreams. I am so grateful with what I have achieved in 2016 and I could use all the failures as lessons to be better and better. So, thank you so much to all of you who have been so supportive during my journey. I am so grateful for all the support you gave to me and it is fully appreciated. Some of you have said that it is amazing to see my growth from the beginning. It is so crazy to think about how lucky I am to know the fact that I have amazing supporters like you. So thank you, thank you and thank you.
This behind the scenes video pretty much sums up my year in 60 second. I feel so lucky and blessed to have met and worked with these amazing people who motivate me to keep doing what I am doing.
